Ingredients required:

  • 200 gms paneer
  • 1cup besan
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala (optional)
  • Pinch of hing
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying

Method:

1. Besan me curd add karke achhe se phette lumps  na pade tab tak phette batter ekdam smooth ho jayega usme sare spices add kare jarurat ho to pani thoda add kare medium better rakhana hai na jyada pata na jyada thick.

2.Batter ko 10 min ke liye rest dijiye.

3. Ab paneer ko square me cut karen.

4. Oil heat karen.

5. Paneer ke pieces ko besan me deep kare or garam oil me deep fry kare or alag plate pe ya tissue pe rakh dijiye ready he aapke paneer pakoda
