Ingredients required:

  • 6/7 raw bananas
  • 7/8 green chilli crush
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 tsp fresh dhaniya
  • 1-1/2tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white til
  • 1/2teaspoon red chilli powder (optional for colour)
  • 1/2teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1teaspoon garam masala
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients For batter

  • 150gm besan
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1tsp sugar/sugar powder
  • Pinch of soda
  • Slightly turmeric powder

 

Method:

1.Raw banana ko skin ke saath hi cooker me boil kar sakte 1/2 whistle lagake ya fir ek bartan me pani add karke dhakkan lagake bhi boil kar sakte he

2.Banana boil ho jaye to skin utarle or kaddukas karle

3.Kise huwe Banana me garam masala, haldi powder, green chilli crush, fresh dhaniya, lemon juice, sugar, til, sukha dhaniya powder or swad anusar salt add kare or masala ready karle.

4.Ready masala ke chote balls banale

5.Ab besan me salt sugar pinch of soda swad anusar salt slightly haldi powder add karke batter ready karle or kadai me oil bhi garam karne rakhde

6.Banana balls ko besan ke better me deep kare or garam oil me medium gas pe fry kare brown hone tak
