Ingredients Required:
Boiled potatoes half kg
Boiled corn 1 tablespoon
Boiled matar 1 tablespoon
Kishmish handful
Kaju tukda handful
chopped hara dhaniya half cup
Chopped hari mirch 3 to 4
Ginger kasa hua 1 inch
salt one spoon
red chilli powder half teaspoon spoon
Corn flour one spoon
Suji for coating one tablespoon
Oil for deep frying
Method=
1, aalu ko kas lijiye.
2, ab aalu mai salt ,red chilli powder, corn flour, chopped dhaniya, ginger, hari mirch add kare aache se mila de.
3, ab boiled corn, matar, kaju ,kishmish mai salt sprinkle kare little bit
4, ab aalu ki loi tode stuffing bhare shape de, suji ki coating kare.
5, hot oil mai deep fry Kare.
6, dahi ,khatti meethi chatni se serve kare.
