RECIPE FOR SABUDANA VADAS

Preparation Time :- 5 hrs
Cooking Time :- 30 mins
Serve:- 4

Ingredients Required:-

  • 1 cup sabudana
  • 4 medium sized potatoes
  • 1/4 cup peanuts (moongphali)
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 green chillies  (chopped)
  • 1 piece ginger (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsp lime juice  (optional)
  • Green coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method:-

1. Soak sabudana in water for 5 hrs

2. Drain all the water completely and add it in a bowl

3. Now mash the boiled potatoes and mix it with sabudana

4. Now roast the peanuts and grind coarsely

5. Add the peanuts,salt,cumin seeds,ginger,chillies,coriander leaves and lemon juice to the sabudana mix entire mixture very well

6. Now heat oil for deep frying,add tiny ball little flatten into the kadhai and fry in medium flame

7. Serve with love
