Ingredients Required

  • Soya granules 100gm
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Chopped mint leaves 2 spn
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup
  • Ginger garluc paste 1 spn
  • Cornflour 4spn
  • Semolina 2 spn
  • Dry Mango powder 2 spn
  • Salt
  • Chopped green chilli
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam masala powder

Method:

1.Soak the granules in hot water for 5 mins.
2.Mix all the ingredients & make the shape.
3.Keep it in fridge for an hour.
4.Shallow fry it.
You can serve with any sauce or make it as  curry also.
