*With same rcp u can make Methi /Kothimbir chi wadi by using Coriander /Fenugreek leaves
Ingredients Required:

Spinach 1 bunch
Besan 1 cup
Ajwain 1 tsp
Green chilly chopped 1 to 2 tsp
Sesame seeds/Til 2 to 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Soda(optional) 1/2 tsp
1. Wash and finely chop spinach finely approximately 4 to 5 cups
2. Add all masalas, spinach and Besan and mix well (don’t add water)
3. Grease a plate with little oil and spread the ready batter
4. Steam it as usual just like idli or dhokla for 10 to 15 minutes
5. Let it cool for some time and cut wadi /fritters in ur desired shape
6. Heat some oil on tawa, add heeng and til
7. Place fritters on tawa and shallow fry till crisp and golden brown from both sides
8. Serve hot or cold with green chutney or tomato sauce with hot cup of ☕
**With same rcp you can make Methi chi Wadi / Fenugreek fritters or u can take spinach and fenugreek leaves in equal amounts
**Traditionally it should be deep fried..but to make it healthy I shallow fried …
