SPINACH WRAPPED CHEESE BANANA FRIES

This is very quick and healthy snacks recipe for people who refused to eat Spinach and Banana..

Ingredients Required:

  • Raw Banana 2
  • Spinach leaves 1 bunch
  • Cheese cubes 3 Grated
  • Besan 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup
  • Chilli powder, Salt to taste
  • Pinch of baking soda
  • Chat masala, coriander powder, lemon juice 1/2 spoon each
  • Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. Heat oil in pan
2. Peel banana and make thin slices n put in water to avoid darkening
3. Make thick paste of chat masala, chilli powder, salt and coriander powder using lemon juice
4. Take besan rice flour in bowl , add salt chilli powder and baking soda n mix with water
5. Take spinach leaf apply masala paste , put banana piece, wrap it, take another leaf put grated cheese and wrap that around previous roll
6. Dip it in besan batter and deep fry it
