STIR FRY VEGGIES WITH ROTI NOODLES

So today my zara hatke dish is made by using leftover rotis and making use of lots of veggies and making it so healthy and is ideal treat for all ages!!
Preparation n Cooking Time: 4 to 8 mins
Serves: 4

You may also call it a leftover roti noodles

Ingredients Required:

  • 2 leftover chapatis
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1/2 coloured all bell peppers chop sticks each
  • 1/2 carrot sticks
  • 1/4 cup purple cabbage sticks

 


Garnishing

  • 1tbsp green coriander chop
  • 1 green part of spring onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp seasame seeds
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:
1. Cut the chapati into thin strips with sharp knife and keep aside
2. Chop all veggies . It takes about two and half min
3. Meanwhile while chopping heat a wok add oil. Add ginger garlic paste and saute
4. Now add all veggies and stir fry
On high flame
I just showed seperately so to understand easily . You add all together. Stir fry for 2 mins
5. Add sauces, vinegar and salt and chapati noodles
6. Again mix well roti is already fully done so no need to cook more. Your roti noodles are ready
7. Now take in any platter and garnish with little sesame seeds
Green onion and chopped coriander.
Serve immediately
