Ingredients Required:
  • 1 bowl dhokla khiru
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-1 t spn green chilli garlic ginger paste
  • 1/2-1/2 t spn haldi & dhaniya jeera power.
  • 1/2 t spn red chilli powder for sprinkle.
  • 1/4 t spn eno, or backing soda,
  • 2 t spn Oil.

For stuffing-
  • 1/2 cup sprout mung semi crush,
  • 1/2 t spn chilli garlic paste
  • 2 tab spn coriander & mint leaves,
  • 1 t spn lemon juice,
  • Salt to taste,
  • 1/4 t spn chat masala,
  • 1 cube shredded cheese,
  • 1 t spn sesame seeds.
    Method:
  1. Take a bowl, add khira & salt, chilli garlic ginger pest, haldi dhania jeera powder & eno.

Mix well .

2.Take a mixing bowl, add all stuffing ingredients & mix well. Keep a side

3.Take dhokla maker , add water & keep it on stove, when water becomes boiling, take a plate, grease with oil, add Khira, make sure layer is thin.


4.Cover it for 5 minutes, after it open cover add stunning, layer it properly, & now cover it fully with more dhoklakhira.


5.Sprinkle on top layer red chilli powder & steam it for more 12 to 15 minutes.
After it, take out the plate, cut it, spread 1 t spn oil on the top & serve it with green chatni & garlic red chilli chatni.
