Ingredients Required:

  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • Spinach 1cup blanched
  • Grated paneer 2tbsps
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper powder little
  • Bread crumbs 2 tbsps
  • green chillies 2

Method:
1.Take spinach add green chillies and grind into the smooth paste,without adding water

2.Crumbled 1 bread and mix it  and keep aside


3.Take potato grate it mix salt and pepper powder


4.Take grated paneer mix dried fruits like cashew and raisins 1tbsp


5.Take a pan add oil and let it be hot..take potato mix flatten it keep green mix press it 6.Keep paneer ball roll it you will get tri colour pattice


7.Make a very thin batter of 1tbsp cornflour and 1 tbsp maida flour add little salt add water..


8.Dip tricolour pattice in this batter roll on bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil at full flame fry both side till golden brown colour..


9.Tricolour pattice ready
10.Serve with tomato sauce..
