VEG MACRONI CONE

Ingredients Required:

  • Maida 250gm
  • Oil 2big spoons+salt
  • capcicum 2 [barik cut kiya hua]
  • Onion 2 barik cut kiya hua
  • Carrot 4 [kaddukas kiya hua]
  • Cabbage 1small[kaddukas kiya hua]
  • Hari mirch 4
  • Dhaniya ki patti
  • Paneer 250gm
  • Cheese3 cubes
  • Macronil 100gm[boiled]
  • Pasta masala 2 packets
  • Salt[according to taste]
  • 2big spoon maida+water
  • 1/2katori dry maida
  • Refined oil to fry cones

 
For serving:
Imli ki chtney or tomato sauce n green chutney..

Method:
1.Sabse pehle maide me oil n salt dalker aata guthenge,jyada soft nahi karna h..than
Stuffing taiyar karenge..

2.Ek kadai lenge use gas pe rakhker hot karenge hot hone pe usme 2 tablespoons oil dalenge,aur pehle hari mirch,onion dalker sunhra hone tak fry karenge

3.Ab carrot,capcicum,n cabbage dalker pani sukhne tak thodi der tak bhunege, add maccoroni ,ab pasta masala dalenge,than namak check karegen  agar kam hua to aur dalenge,ab gas off kar denge.

4.Ab isme grated paneer,cheese n dhaniya ki patti deker acche se mix karenge.ab isko thanda hone k liye rakh denge.
5.Ab aate se choti 2 loyiyan banaker roti belenge,roti jitni patli bel sake utni bele.

6.Ab gas pe tava rakhenge tava garm hone pe bani roti uspe rakhenge,aur ek taraf sikne per palat kar dusri taraf b sek lenge,jyada nhi sekna h,isi tarah sari rotiyan taiyar kar len.
7.Ab ek roti ko le aur use baraber se 4 bhago me cut kar le,ab ek peice le aur ek side me maida ka ghol laga k cone ka shape de,aise hi sabhi cones ko ready kar le,ab sabhi cones me stuffing ko bhare,than maida k batter me deep karke,dry maida se kewal age ka portion ko coat kare,ab oil me medium flame pe deep fry kare,aur plate me nikal le


8.Ab in cones ko apni manpasand chutney me aage se dip karene k bad sev me b dip kark sauce ya chutney k saath garam garm serve kare.
