Ingredients Required for batter:

  • 3 katori rice
  • 1 katori udal daal plain

Soak 5 to 6 hr next usko mixi me pis le 3-4 hr ke liye dhak ke rakh de use karne ke time pe achhe se ek hi side se fett le salt add kare

 

Ingredients required:
3 serving spoon Uttapam batter +salt
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
3 tsps spring Onion chopped
50 gms cheese
1 teaspoon red chilli flakes to sprinkle
1 teaspoon oregano to sprinkle
2 tsps oil/butter

Method
1. Nonstick tave ko garam kare or oil ya butter grease kare


2. Ab batter ko dale or bade pizza ke size ka uttam banaye


3. Uper se chopped onion,tomato or green onion add kare uper se red chilli flakes or oregano or chat masala sprinkle kare or ek side sik jane de achhe se


4. Ek side pak jaaye means niche ka base achhe se kadak ho jaye to uper oil lagake Uttapam ko palat dijiye or dusari side bhi pak jane de


5. Ab fir se palat de or uper cheese grate karde bahot sara jitna aapko achha lage uper se red chilly flakes sprinkle karde or cheeze melt ho tab tak Uttapam ko hone de
