For batter
Ingredients Required:

  • 3 katori rice
  • 1 katori udal daal plain
  • Eno sachet
  • Salt as per taste
  • Idli cooker
  • Water as per requirement

Method:
1.Soak  rice and daal for 5 to 6 hr next usko mixi me pis le 3-4 hr ke liye dhak ke rakh de use karne ke time pe achhe se ek hi side se fet le salt add kare

 for Idli 

Idli cooker garam kare uske stand me oil grease kare thoda garam hone de taki idli achhe se fulegi or aasani se nikal bhi jayegi ab better dale uper se black pepper sprinkle kare jab idli ho jaye tab bahar nikal de or serve kare

 for Coconut Chutney
Ingredients required:

  • 1 small katori Greated sukha nariyal ya fresh nariyal
  • 3 -4tsp Dalia chane ka
  • 2-3tsp mungfali
  • 1 tsp white til
  • 4 hari mirch
  • Curry patta
  • 1Lemon juice
  • 3 tsp curd
  • Salt swad anusar

Method:

1.Mixi me pis le powder ban jaye tab last me curd or lemon juice or salt dale fir ek ek baar mixi me pisle

2.Chutney bowl me nikal de chouk ke liye 1 tsp oil usme rai hing curry leaves slightly haldi add karni ho to add kar sakte he colour achha aayega jisko green chutney ka colour chahiye to coriander add kare ready hai
