stuffing bharne se pahle sambhar masala dosa per sprinkle kare.

Aalu boiled half kg

Red chilli powder
Dhaniya powder
Amchur powder

Kari patta

Method:
1,, oil dale kadhai mai garam hone de, ab tadka lagaye,haldi dale, ab boiled aalu hath se fod k add kare.
3, ab sabhi masala add kare.

Method

Tomato Ginger green chilli ka dardra paste

Paneer k cubes

Haldi half teaspoon
Dhaniya powder one and half teaspoon

Method = 1 kadhai mai oil daal ke Heeng Raai Kari patte ka tadka lagaye ab tomato Ginger green chilli ka dardra paste add kare aur sabhi masala add kare aur bhune ab , Matar add kare acche se bhune ab Boiled aalu hath se fod k add kare aur mix ker le ab bhun le, stuffing is ready.

Mungfali ki chatni
One cup raw peanuts

Sabse pehle peanuts ko sukha bhun le ab iske chilke alag ker le, isko 2 hours k liye bheega de, ab baki k chilke bhi ragad k hata de aur mixi mai pees le thoda sa water add kare aur Ginger, green chilli Salt add kare aur acche se pees le aur Raai Heeng Kari patta ka tadka lagaye.

Method
1, coconut ,hari mirch ginger ko pees le.
2, thoda pani bhi add kare.
3, salt dale.

Ingredients
1 cup rava
1 cup dahi
Salt
Khane ka soda little bit
7 trah ka meve like, kaju, badam, pista, chirongi,kharbuje ki giri, kishmish, gola
Oil for grising
Method
1, rava aur dahi salt,soda thoda pani daal k ghol k rakhe.
2, 1 hour k baad idli mold ko grise kare.better rakhe,meva lagaye aur 3 minutes k liye microwave kare.

Kesari ilaychi custard firni
Ingredients
Full fat milk 1 kg
Basmati rice 2 big spoon bheega hua
Kesar 25 se 30 threads hot milk mai ghota hua.
Kesar ilaychi custard one spoon half cup milk mai ghula hua.
Pista flakes 1 tabelspoon
Method=
1, sabse pahle milk boil kar lijiye.
2, boil aate he kesar add kariye.
3, ab Basmati rice ko mixi mai dardara pees lijiye, aur milk mai dheere dheere add kare,koi lumps na rahe.
4, ab sim gas per 10 minute k liye paka lijiye, custard wala milk add kare,than 2 se 3 minutes tak chalaye.
5, lagatar chalana bhi h.
6, thick hote he gas off kar dijiye.
7, ab isko room temperature per aate he Fridger mai chilled kare.
8, bahar nikale
9, pista ,kesar , badam se garnish kare, and serve kare.

Medu vada
Ingredients
Urad daal 1 cup bheegi aur peesi hui
Salt little bit
Khane ka soda little bit
Kari patta chopped 4 se 5
Hari mirch chopped 1
Ginger grated 1 teaspoon
Oil for frying
Method=
1, daal mai sabhi ingredients MUX kare acche se fainte.
2, hath per pani lagaye.thodi daal uthaye,beech se hole banaye aur carefully oil mai dale aur half fry kare.
3, serve karne se pahle crispy hone tak fry kare.

Ingredients
100 gm urad daal
50 gm chane ki daal

Chopped tomatoes
Dahi 500 gm
Sugar powder 2 tablespoon
Salt
Khane ka soda one teaspoon
Kari patte
Heeng
Sarso seeds
Boondi for garnishing
Oil for frying and tempering
Dono daal bhiga do after 6 hours pees leejiye ab isko soda daal ke faint lijiye hatho par pani lgaker iske vade banaye deep fry kare, aur pani mai bheega de, dahi ko faint lijiye isme Salt Sugar add kare aur thoda milk bhi isme vade add kare aur Chopped green chilli Chopped Ginger Chopped tomatoes bhi ab Heeng Sarso seeds and Kari patto ka tadka lagaye aur boondi se garnish ker le.

Rose gulkand almond shake
Ingredients
Milk chilled one glass
Rose syrup 2 spoon
Gulkand 1 spoon
Badam powder one spoon
Ice cubes 5 se 6
Method
1,, sabko bland kare aur serve kare.

Ingredients
Arhar ki daal one small bowl
Chopped vegetables lauki, carrot, pumpkin, Matar
Imli ka pulp half cup
Tomato Ginger puree one bowl
Haldi, salt, red chilli powder, sambhar powder, Raai, Heeng, Kari patta, oil
Arhar ki daal mai 5 bowl water Haldi, salt, red chilli powder and vegetables daal ke pakne rakh de 6 se 7 seeti aane k baad tomato Ginger pulp add kare fir se pakne rakh de ab 5 se 6 minute tak pakne k baad imli pulp add kare ab oil mai Heeng Raai Kari patte aur sambhar powder daal ke tadka laga de.
