Steaming Time:5-7 mins
- 1 cup suji
- 1 tbs gram flour
- 1 tbs rice flour
- 1 tsp Eno
- 1 tbs oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup yoghurt(curd)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper ,cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup orange colour bell pepper ,cut into Small pieces
- 3/4 cup water
1.In a big bowl add suji ,both flour,oil ,salt yoghurt.
2.Mix well, add little little water.
3.Make a little thick batter.
4.keep aside for 10 minutes.
5.Heat idli cooker, add 3 glasses water.
6.Greased idli moulds with oil.
7.Add eno in batter ,mix well .
8.Now pour mixture in idli moulds.
9.Arrange bell pepper on both corners.
10.Put idli stand in cooker ,cover and steam,5 to 7 minutes.
