- Semolina 1cup
- Black gram skinned and grinded 2tbs
- Curd 1cup
- Salt to taste
- Eno 1 pack
- Sweetcorn 1 tbs
- Peas 1tsp
- Carrot sliced 1tbs
- Tomato for petals
- Coriander as required
1.Mix semolina,salt, grinded black gram skinned lentil and curd all together.
2.Add water as required and make an idli batter.
3.Boil water in a steamer or in a idli maker.
4.Grease your idli plate and pour your idli batter in it.
5.Make desired designs on each idlis.
Steam for 5 minutes.
6.Put the idli plates out let it cool for a minute.
Keep out all the idlis enjoy your idlis with sambhar, coconut chutney or with Alam chutney.
Have it with whatever you want to have. Just enjoy your meal.
