COCONUT MANGO RABRI CUP

Preparation Time :1 hour 20 minutes
Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Serve : 2 persons

Today I have given twist to my dish by adding coconut & milk powder. It enhances taste & nutritional value of dish. Because today’s theme is no use of plates, so serve it on leaves.

Ingredients Required:

  • Milk 1cup
  • Milk powder  2 tbspn
  • Coconut powder  1 tbspn
  • Sugar 1/2 tspn
  • Mango in small pieces : 2 tbspn
  • Mango slice : 1
  • Tutti frutti : 1 tspn

 Method :

1.First take a wok & boil milk.

2.Now simmer flame & add coconut powder & milk powder.

3.Milk will thicken .

4.Now add sugar and off the flame.

5.let it cool down.

6.After cooling give it shape in cup mould & refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.

7. Now after half an hour cover Rabri with mango slice.

8.Again cover Slice with Rabri.

9.Again refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.

10 .After 1/2 an hour carefully demould from cup & garnish with mango pieces & tutti frutti.

11.Serve chilled.

12.Yummy healthy mango Rabri cup is ready to Enjoyyyyyyy.
