- 1 egg
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp desi ghee
- 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
- 1 cup milk
- Chopped Almonds,raisins and chirongi for Garnishing
1.Take a pan add ghee.
2.In a bowl beat egg ,sugar and milk ,whisk nicely.
3.Add the mixture in ghee ,stir continuously.
Until the pan leaves ghee then add elaichi powder.
4.Take out the halwa on a plate and garnish with chopped dried fruits.
5.Now it’s ready to serve.
