RECIPE FOR COCONUT BARFI/KOPRA PAAK

Without ghee without khoya without condensed milk khopra pak quick n easy jhatpat sweet

Preparation Time :5 mins
Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serve :8-10

Ingredients Required:

  • 500 gms sukha nariyal grated
  • 400 -500 gms  powdered sugar
  • 3-4 elachi powder
  • Pinch of red color
  • Pinch of green color
  • chopped Dry fruits (kaju pista badam)

Method:

1.Ek kadai me pehle sukhe nariyal ko roast kar dijiye 3-4 min tak ab usko ek ek plate me nikal dijiye

 


2.Wohi kadai me sugar powder add kare usme sugar dube utna pani add kare or ubalane dijiye ek taar ki chasni ho jaye to usme elachi powder add karke gas off kardijiye


3.Ab roast kiye huwa nariyal add karke mix kare achhe se ,ab do plate me half half 2 parts me nikal dijiye


4.Dono half plate me alag alag color add kare ek me green or ek me red
5.Ab wohi kadai me green wala portion achhe se mix kare colour pure ka green ban jayega same process dusari kadai ya bartan me red color wale portion ke saath properly mix kare colour pura red ho jayega

6.Ab ek aluminium ke dabbe ko grease kare or butter paper lagake usme ek layer green wali achhe se spread karde uske uper chaho to dry nariyal thoda add kare uske uper red wala portion spread kare achhe se ab usko 20-30 mins tak fridge me set hone ke liye rakh dijiye

7.After 30 mins fridge se nikal ke butter paper ke saath nikal dijiye agar butter paper nahi lagaya ho to dabbe ko ek plate pe palat dijiye pura bahar nikal jayega

kopra pak ab usko manchahe shape me cut kare or upar se dry fruits sprinkle karen.
