COCONUT BARFI

Ingredients Required:

  • 2 scrapped Coconuts{Ola Khobra}
  • Sugar 2 bowl
  • Full cream Milk 1 litre
  • Mawa( khawa) optional 250gms

{ Note if you want to add Mawa then quantity of milk should be reduced to half litre}

  • Cardamom Powder as per requirements
  • Kesar for Garnishing
  • Silver warkha

Method:
1.Take coconut in a pan or kadhai roast it till its color turns to light golden.
2.Then add milk in it
(If you are using Khawa {Mava} then roast Mava but make sure it’s color should not changed… 10 mins After adding milk add Mava).
3.Let the milk get reduced…. then add sugar to it
4.The consistency of the mixture should be dough like…
5.Take it out of flame let it cool down
6.Then add cardamom Powder to add some flavour.
7.Than give it a desirable shape
8.Make sure you should spread it hot in a plate in order to make wadis or Barfi…
9.Garnish with Kesar and dryfuits and Chandi warkh
