Preparation Time:30 mins
Baking Time:10-15 mins
- 1 cup maida
- 1 cup besan
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup melted ghee
1.Mix all dry ingredients well ,add ghee in a small portions till it becomes soft dough.
2.Now divide dough into small portions,roll it on your palm and place it on an oven tray .
3.Now preheat the oven for 10 min at 180°C.
4.You can add pistachio kaju in the middle portion and gently press them.
5.Keep them into preheated oven approx 10 – 15 min at 180°C.Remove the tray and flip over their positions for uniform heating.Keep in the oven for 5 mins.
