- Samak rice/barnyard 2 tbs.
- Full cream Milk 1/2
- Sugar 3tbs
- Desired fruits as per serving
- Chopped basil 2 tbs(Optional)
1.Sock Samak rice for half hour.
2.Blend with 20 ml. Water.
3.Boil milk in a pan.
4.Add the Samak rice paste into that boiling milk.
5.Cook till it gets thick.
6.But remember to keep stirring.
7.Let it cool down but contiously stir it.
8.When it cool down. Keep inside the freeze.
9.Add fruits whenever you want to serve.
10.Enjoy this farali custard.
