Ingredients Required:

  • Sabudana 50 gms
  • Sugar 2 bowls
  • Milk 1 ltr
  • Kesar ilaichi syrup 1tbsp
  • Fruits apple pamogranate,  banana, chikoo papaya(as per your choice)

Method:

  1. Soak sabudana for 4to 5 hours.

2.Then add water make thick paste .

3.Boil milk. Add sugar

4.Add paste of sago

5.Add kesar ilaichi syrup.

6.Boil for 5 mins.

7.Now keep for 1hour to  cool.

8.Now add all cut  fruits.

9.Then put in fridge  for 1 hour.

10.Now its ready to serve  enjoy.
