Ingredients Required:-

  • potato 2/3
  • ghee for frying
  • aararot( farali flour)
  • Kesar few strands
  • elaichipowder
  • 250 gm sugar for syrup

Method :-

1.Potato ko boil karle

2.Fir usko mash karle .

3.Usme farali flour add kare. Mix karle dough banale thoda ghee lagaye .

4.Sugar 250 gm leke thoda pani dalke kadai me chashni banale

5.Usme kesar elaichi add kare.

6.Fir chakri karne ke machine se jalebi banale

7.Ghee ko garam Kare n slow flame par fry karle .

8.Fir fry ki huyi jalebi ko chashni me dale .

9.Thodi der bad ye nikal le . 1 hour ke bad ye dry n sweet ho jayegi

10.Ye jalebi aap upvas me bhi kha sakte he .2, 3 days achchi rahti he .

11.Ready to serve n enjoy farali jalebi.
