RECIPE FOR GAJAR HALWA (WINTER SPECIAL)

Ingredients Required:

 

  • 250 grams grated carrot
  • 150 gms khoya
  • 100 gms sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped pista
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cashew
  • 1 tablespoon chopped almond
  • 1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dalchini powder
  • 2 spoons ghee

Method :

1.Ek kadhai me ghee,carrot mix kare,or 5 min tak dak kar low flame par cook kare.
2.Fir usme sugar add kare, sugar melt hone ke bad 15 minutes tak low flame par cook kare aur palat te rahe.
3.Jab sugar carrot mai absorb ho jaye to khoya dal kar mix kare or lumpy mixture hone tak hilate rahe
4.Fir gas off kare, elachi powder, dalchini powder half dryfruit mix kare ,ek bowl me nikal kar uper se chopped dryfruit sprinkle kare, aur garm garam serve kare.

TIPS : 

Khoya n gajar equal amount mai lege to taste aur bhi achcha hota hai .
