Gajar ka halwa Preparation Time-50 Minutes
Mango ice cream Time-8 hours & 15 minutes

Ingredients Required:

  • 1 kg carrot
  • 2 and a half and half cups milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1.5 tbs ghee
  • 1 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 tbs raisins
  • 1 tbs shredded almond
  • 1 tbs shredded pistachio for Garnish

Method:

1.Peel and grate the carrots.
2.Heat a big pot ,and add shredded carrots ,add little ghee and roast 5 minutes ,after that add half & half milk and condensed milk, cardamom powder, saffron,cook over a gentle flame 10 to 15 minutes.
3.Add sugar and continue cooking until the halwa Turns deep red colour and all liquid absorbs properly add rest ghee and roast 10 minutes after add dry fruits.
4.Set in a serving dish and mango ice cream put top of the Halwa sprinkle some pistachios​ and rose petals on and immediately serve and enjoy.
Mango ice cream
Ingredients Required:

  • 300 gms whipping cream
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1 tsp mango essense
  • 1/2 cup small mango pieces

Mix all together and pour in a freezer mould and put in freezer 7 to 8 hours or overnight then serve and enjoy.
