20 gms agaragar
1 cup water
50 gms sugar
200gm Philedelphia cream cheese
200 ml fresh cream
1 packet digestive biscuits
20gm melted butter
10 gms sugar
Top the slice of the cake with
Mango slices , whipped cream and cherries
1.Soak agar agar in 1 cup water.soak it for 15 minutes.
2.Crush digestive biscuits along with 10 gms sugar in a food processor granulated. Add
melted buter and mix it well. It will be crumbly.
3.Take a cake dish or any glass dish and layer the base and sides with biscuits mixture and keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
4.Boil agar agar solution for 10 minutes or till it is dissolved completely.
5.In the mean time put mangoes peices and sugar in the mixer and make a pulp of it. Whip together cream cheese and fresh cream. Add the 2/3 rd mango pulp and whip again till mixed properly. Add 2/3 rd agar agar solutionand whip again for few seconds.
6.Bring out the cake tin with biscuit layer and pour the mango mixture over it and put it back in the fridge.
7.Mix together the remaining agar agar solution and remaining mango pulp. Bring out the cake tin again and pour this mango gelatinelayer over the cream layer. Let it remain in the fridge for at leasthalf an hour.
Take a portion of this cake in a plate and decorate it with mango slices some whipped cream and cherries.
