Ingredients Required :

  • 250 gms mava or khoya
  • 50 gms bura
  • 1/2 spoon elaichi powder and thode se elaichi ke Dane
  • Cut kiye hue Pista
  • 1/2 Bowl milk

Method  :

1. Sabhi ingredients le. Khoya ko golden brown colour ka bhun le.bhunane ke samay jarurat ke hisab se milk ka use kare.

2. Khoya ko thanda hone ke liye rakh de.

3.Thanda hone ke baad 3/4 bura and elaichi powder dalkar achche se mix Kar le.

4. Ab lemon ke size ki ball Bana le fir hatheli ki help se flate kare.

5. Ab use bache hue 1/4 bura mein lapet le.

6. Fir usake upar elaichi Dana and pista chipka de.

7. Is Tarah se sabhi pede Bana le aur 1/2 hour ke liye khula rakhe.

8. Ab pede ban Kar raddy hai. Pedo ko container mein bhar Kar rakh de.

Tips :

1. Khoya danedar hona chahiye.

2.  Khoya mai chikanai nahi ho to one spoon ghee dal sakate hai.

3. Mathura ke pede 15 din take store kiye ja sakate hai.

    • Milk powder se plain pede bana sakate lekin mathura ke pede nahi ban payege kyoki usame bhuna hua khoya use hota hai .
      Milk powder se khoya bana kar pede bana sakate hai.

      Recipe:

      Ingredients:

      4 spoon butter or ghee
      200 gram milk powder
      1/2 cup milk
      50 gram bura
      1 spoon ilayachi powder

      Method :

      Kadai mai slow gas par milk dal kar garam kar le fir milk add kare fir milk powder dheere dheere dalte hue chalate jaye gudaliya nahi padani chahiye aur slow flame par hi milk ko thick kar le khoya ban jayega.ab yellow colour mix kar le aur thanda hone ke liye rakha de.jab thanda ho jaye to usame bura ilayachi powder mila kar mix kar le. Ab chote – chote gole bana kar hatheli par rakh kar flet karke pede bana le .Fir usake upar stamp laga de.
