Preparation Time – 20 min.
Freezing to time – About 8 hours

It’s a lovely combination of Rose flavor and thandai ……. Really awesome taste icecream.

Ingredients required:

  • Milk – 1 Lt.
  • Cornflour – 2 tsp
  • Rose syrup – 1/4 cup
  • Thandai powder – 2 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tsp and as per taste

 

Method:
1 – Boil the milk.
2 – Mix cornflour in 4 tsp cold milk mix well.
3 – When milk began to boil mix cornflour mixture and thandai powder …..stir regularly.
4 – When milk become thick. Turn off the gas
5 – Cool it.
6 – Mix sugar and and rose syrup.
7 – Mix well and pour in kulfi moulds or airtight container.
Set in the fridge..


It takes about 8 hours.
Enjoy your lovely icecream.
