Ingredients Required:

  • Maida 150 gms
  • 50 gm desi ghee
  • 100 gm sugar powder
  • Desi ghee/oil for flying
  • Water as your requirement
  • 2 tsp maida+ 2 se 3 tsp ghee
  • (Ek katori me ghee me 2 tsp maida milaye or achhe se fette or side pe rakh de)

Method:
1. Sabse pehle maida me ghee add karke aate me mix kare or jarurat ke hisab se pani add karke dough lagaye puri jesa na jyada tight na jyada dhila ab usko rest de 30 min ke liye

2. 30 min ke baad aate ki koyi tode or uski roti bele 1-1 karke 4 roti bele or side pe rakhate jaye

3. Ab 4th wali roti bele usko chakale pe he rehne de or humne jo maida or ghee ko mix kiya tha wo mixture ko lagaye spoon se or phir roti pe felade or wohi roti pe ek or roti chipka de uspe bhi ghee or maida ka mixture lagaye aise karke 4 roti pe lagaee 4th roti ke top pe bhi lagaye or 4 roti ko ek gol karte huwe ek roll banaye

4. Roll ko knife se cut kare or side se press kare taki sare layers alag dikhe aise karke sari loyi ready karde

5.ab usko halke hath se bele jara sa

6. Ghee ya oil garam karde saath me or slow to medium flame pe usko fry kare

7. Jaise fry ho jaye turant ek plate me nikalde or uper se powder sugar laga de ek side or fir puri ko palat ke usme bhi sugar powder dal dijiye sara sugar powder garam garam me absorb kar legi puriya
