Preparation time :10 mins
Cooking time: 15-20 mins
- 300 ml condensed milk
- 300 ml yoghurt
- 300 ml milk
- 2 cup ripe mango pulp
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1 tbs custard powder ( any flavor)
- tutti frutti
- Steamer pot.
1.Take condensed milk, yoghurt,milk,cornflour and custard powder mix all ingredients properly.
2.Pour this mixture in a steam mould ,and steam 15 to 20 minutes high flame.
3.After 20 minutes turn off the flame .
4.keep it for 5 minutes in a room temperature
5.After it cools keep in the fridge for 2 hours.
6.After 2 hours or at serving time turn mould upside-down on the serving platter.
7.Put mango pulp on the sides.
8.And fill center with mango pulp
9.sprinkle tutti frutti for decoration
