Ingredients Required:

  • Milk amul taza(3pkt)cow milk
  • 2 Lemon juice
  • Sugar 1 1/2 cups
  • Kesar yellow color
  • Dry fruits barik kate huwe pist or badam
  • Water 3 cups

Method:
1.Milk ko boil Kar le ek boil aane k baad usme ek nimbu ka Ras dal de
Dudh ka pani jab ache se alag ho jaye n chena ban jaye
Usko chaan lijiye n channi me hi running water me wash kar lijiye isse uski khatas nikal jayegi uska paneer banana hai
2.Usko ache se apne hatheli se 15 se 20 min tak achhe se malana he taki paneer ek dam soft dough jaise ban jaye ye bahot jaruri he nahi to rajbhog spongy nahi banenge usi me yellow colour slightly add kare taki colour bhi achhe se mix ho jaye
3.Dough ready hone k baad make balls
Mene 15 balls banaye the balls k bich me apko dry fruits rakhna he stuffing me ( barik kate hue badam n pista)

Now chasni(sugar syrup)
Ek cooker me 1.1/2 cup sugar n 3 cups water Dale
Chasni jab boil ho jaye add all the balls in pressure cooker n lid laga Kar ek whistle le n then gas ekdum sim kar k 5 se 10 mins rakh de
Then switch off  the gas n let d cooker cool
Open it n ek bowl me nikale
