Ingredients Required:

  • 1.5 ltr. Slim milk (amul taaza)(3pkt)
  • 1/2 ltr. For rabdi
  • 1-2 lemon juice
  • 1-1/5 glass of water for chasni
  • 4 tsp sugar for chasni
  • 5 tsp for rabdi
  • 5 kaju chopped
  • 5 badam chopped
  • 5 pista chopped
  • Pinch of kesar threads
  • Pinch of yellow colour

 

Method:

1. Rabdi ke liye dudh ubalane rakhde usme sugar add karde kesar or dry fruits bhi ek side usko ubalane de aadha milk ho tab tak

2 . 1.5 ltr. Milk ko ubalane rakhe jab garam ho jaye tab gas off karde or lemon juice add karde dudh fatt jayega usko chan lijiye or normal water se wash karle esase lemon ki khatash nikal jayegi

3. Ab usko fresh paneer banane ke liye rakh de uper koi bhari chiz se dabade 10-15 min esase extra pani nikal jayega aap malamal ke kapade me bandh ke bhi daba sakte he

4. Fresh paneer ban gaya hoga usko ek plate me nikal de or pinch of yellow colour add kare hatheli se masale paneer ke dough ko 10 min tak dough ekdam soft ban jayega

5. Ab cooker me pani or sugar add kare

6. Paneer ke dough ki goli banaye or uper se halka sa press karde

7. Ab cooker ka pani ubalane lag gaya ho to paneer ki goli add karde or cooker ki lid bandh karke ek 1 whistle aane de or lid hatake 7 se 8 min ubalane de uske baad gas off karde or cooker ko apne aap thanda hone de

8.rabdi ko bhi thanda hone de or rasmalai ko bhi jab dono thanda ho jaye to rasmalai ko hath se halka sa dabaye or pani nikalakar usko bani huyi rabdi me add kare

Uper se dry fruits or chandi ki varah se garnish karen
