RECIPE FOR SUJI HALWA

Ingredients Required:

  • Semolina 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 4-2 tbs
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Desired dry fruits 2-4tbs
  • Water 2 cups

 

Method:

1.Heat 4 tbs ghee in a pan cook semolina till brown colour.
2.Add water and sugar.
3.Cook till its thick.
4.Add cardamom powder, ghee and desired dry fruits.
5.Serve hot.
