This is one of the popular dish in our Sindhi Cuisine.Basically,it is Make over of left over chapati in garlic tomato gravy.

Serving:4

Ingredients Required:

  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 chapati in pieces
  • 1 tbsp tamarind water
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Kasturi methi
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Pinch of hing
  • Water-1/4 cup

 

Method:
1.Take garlic ,tomatoes,coriander leaves and green chilli and make a paste in mixer(will take 2 mins)

2.Heat a handi with oil then add jeera then hing.(1 min)

3.Now add paste with all the masala and in medium heat with close lid cook the mixture for 3 mins

4.Now add chapati and sauté it well.

5.Now add tamarind water and water and close the lid for 4 mins.

Your Seyal Fulka is ready.
