Shaam ki Choti Choti bhuk ke liye

Preparation Time – 4 min.
Cooking Time – 1 min.
Assemble Time – 5 min.

Ingredients Required:

  • Bread slices – 4
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Tomato sauce – 4 tsp
  • Coriander chatni – 4 tsp
  • Mint chatni – 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 4 tsp
  • Hung curd – 1 cup
  • Cucumber Chopped – 2 tsp
  • Tomato Chopped – 2 tsp
  • Onion chopped – 2 tsp
  • Pomegranate seeds – 2 tsp
  • Boiled Potato slices – 4 cut in round with cookie cutter(cut in pieces and kept in microwave to boil for 5 mins)
  • Bhujiya – 4 tsp
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala
  • Mint leaves for garnish

 

Method:

Step 1 – First cut the bread rounds with cookie cutter.
Step 2 – Put some oil in a nonstick pan and shallow fry the rounds . It takes only 1 min.
Step 3 – Cut all cucumber, onion and tomato in small cubes with the help of veggies cube cutter as shown in preparation pics. Mix 2 tsp lemon juice and salt in it and make a salad.
Step 4 – Take hung curd mix 2 tsp lemon juice , 2 tsp mint chatni and salt in it and make a tasty dip . Fill it in piping bag.
Step 5 – Now time to assemble…….Put Bread round in cookie cutter .
Step 6 – Spread tomato sauce on the bread round.
Step – 7 – place mixture of salad on it .
Step 8 – Than place the slice of potato on salad mixture.
Step 9 – Sprinkle chaat masala on the slice.
Step 10 – Spread corinder chatni on the slice.
Step 11 – Than place pomgranate seeds on the slice.
Step 12 – Sprinkle bhujiya on pomgranate seeds.
Step 13 – Now lift the cookie cutter…….
Step 14 – Decorate your canipe with the curd dip fill in piping bag.
Step 15 – Garnish with mint leaves tomato cube and lemon wazes.
Step 16 – Serve with tomato sauce and green chatni.
