Ingredients Required:

  • Bread slice 4 – 5
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup matar(peas)
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dhaniya
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  • Pinch hing (optional)
  • 4 curry patta leaves
  • Roasted singdana (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

 

Method:

Bread ke chote pcs karle or pyas tomoto bhi cut karle


Ek kadai me oil jeera hing curry leaves or chillis add kare or onion add karke saute, saath me mutter or tometo bhi add karke saute

 

jab ho jaye tab  adde  lemon juice chilly haldi or garam masala add kare salt

 

as per taste or  ab   bread tukade dalke mix karde hara dhaniya

roasted singdana add karke serve kare chahe to uper se sev bhi add kar sakte hai ready he aapka bread poha
