CHOCOLATE CREPE CAKE

Ingredients Required:

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Butter 6tbs/1Tbs
  • Maida 1 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder  2/3 cup
  • Icing Sugar 7 tbsp
  • Heavy cream 4Cup/1 cup
  • Chocolate essence. 2-3 drops
  • Eggs 6
  • Dark chocolate 170 gm

Method:
1.Mix all dry ingredients then add eggs add warm milk and melted butter eventually.
2.Make thin pancakes .keep aside and let it cool.
3.While its cooling take heavy cream ,whip it with powdered sugar, add chocolate essence. Put one pancake in a plate and spread whipped cream then another pan cake on it repeat and repeat and repeat it.

For topping
1.Take heavy cream and put it on low flame till warm.
2.Add butter and dark chocolate. Mix it till chocolate melt.
3.Spread it on the top of your cake.
Decorate  your cake with your desired topping.
Tips:

Don’t put the whipping cream on top of your cake
