Hello friends sharing my daily routine and diet plan that I followed for weight loss.
DIET PLAN
Breakfast :- 7 am
1. 2 brown bread/ 1 chapati
2. 1 boiled egg/ 1 inch piece of paneer
3. 1 cup tea
4. 1 spoon tomato ketchup/ chutney ( Its very important to satisfy our taste buds)

Ist snack :- 10 am
1 katori fruits/ 1 inch piece of paneer/ 2 pcs of dark chocolate/ 1 boiled egg

Lunch :- 1 pm
1. 1 packet oats/ 1 chalati with any sabji/ boiled chana chat
2. 1 large katori salad

2nd snack:- 4 pm
1. 1 cup tea
2. 2 oats biscuits
3. 2-3 spoons namkeen.

Dinner:- 8 pm
1. 2 chapatis with some sabji.
2. I large katori salad.

Tips:-
1. Weight loss is 80%diet and 20% exercise.
2. Don’t eat below your BMR and never eat below 1200 cals.
3. Hydrate your body, drink 80-100 oz water daily.
4. Dieting does not mean to starve yourself, it means eating healthy.
5. Fats do not make you fat.
6. List your goals and try to complete them one at a time.
7. Focus on losing 1 lbs at a time.
8. Move your body as much as you can.
9. Fad diets are total waste of time and money.
10. JERF- JUST EAT REAL FOOD.
11 .Most of the calories are in sabji so plz keep sabji to only half katori.
12. Drink 1 glass water every hour.

Exercise:-
1. 1 hour walk in morning
2. 10 minutes skipping in evening.
( walk more and more whenever u get time.)
