Ingredients Required:

  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla custard powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Milk as required
  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts

Method:

1.Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl. ( flour, baking powder, soda, custard powder)

2.In another bowl add butter, sugar, dry mix, milk and beat till sugar dissolves and mixture becomes creamy.

3.Add tutti frutti and cashew nuts .Mix well

4.Pour into a greased baking tin. Sprinkle some tutti frutti and cashew on top.

5.Tap down the tin and place in a preheated oven

6.Bake at 180 C for 35-40 mins
