- 1 & 1/4cup maida[all purpose flour]
- 3/4 cup curd
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/4 normal temperature water
- 1/4 cup oil
- vanilla extract 1tsp
- powdered sugar 3/4 cup
- 2 tsp coco powder for chocolaty flavour
- choco chips
1.Whisk curd and add oil , vanilla extract into it whisk for 5 mins it should be lumps free and smooth.
2.Now sieve all the dry ingredients thrice.
3.mix the dry ingredients with the wet mixture. fold it gently and add water slowly into it don’t put water in one go the batter should be of ribbon consistency
4.Make a smooth batter and add choco chips into it again fold it gently.
5.Now put the batter into the greased cups and bake for 15 to 20 mins at 180°c temp.
