GATTE KI SABJI FROM LEFT OVER RICE

Ingrediants Required:
gatte ke liye

  • 1/2 cup bacha hua pakaya chawal
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • salt
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp saunf
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • pinch of haldi powder
  • 1 tsp malai
  • 1 tsp oil
  • pani gatta ubalne ke liye

sabji ke liye

  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • 1 tejpatta
  • 1/4 tsp hing
  • banaya hua gatta
  • 1/2 cup dahi
  • 1 pyaj
  • 1 tamatar
  • 1 lal mirch
  • salt
  • l/2 tsp lal mirch powder
  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • 1 tbsp malai
  • gatte ka ubla hua pani jarurat anusar

tadka ke liye

  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • thoda sa lal mirch powder

 

garnishing ke liye

  • pyaj ke rings
  • 1 tamatar se bana rose
  • 2 curry patta

Method:
1.Gatta banane ke liYe ek mixer me chawal ko crush kar le.

2.Ab ise plate me nikal kar oil ke alawa baki cheezen add kar ke ek dough taiyar kare. oil dal kar masal le.

3.Ab iske saman balls bana kar roll kar le.

4.Ek pan me pani garam kar ke gatta dale. gatta upar ane lagega. phir medium flame par 2 minute pakaye. plate me rolls nikal kar thanda kare. cut kar le.
5.Ab pyaj, tamatar or lal mirch ko crush kar le. ek pan me oil or ghee dale, garam kare. jeera, ajwain, tej patta or hing dale.
pyaj or tamatar ka paste bhune.

6.Ab sukhe masale dale. gatta dale. mix kare. malai dale. dahi or gatta ka pani dale.

7.4-5 min slow flame par cook kare.
8.Tadka ke liYe ghee garam kare. jeera dale. gas off kare or lal mirch powder dale. tadka ready hai.

9.Ab gatta sabji ko serving dish me nikale. tadka dale. pyaj ke rings or tomato rose se garnish kare. serve kare.
