Ingredients Required:

  • 200gms gehu ka fada
  • 70gm tuvar dal
  • 4-5 green chilli
  • 4tsp fresh coriander
  • 3tsp ghee
  • 1tsp oil for moyan (gehu fada)
  • 1/2teaspoon rai /(sarso)
  • 1teaspoon jeera
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1-1/2teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Sabse pehle gehu ke fada ko saaf karke usme 1tsp oil lagake moyan karde or 10mins tak rehne de

2. Tuvar dal ko wash karke pani me soak karke rakhe 10mins

3. Ek cooker me ghee add kare garam hone de usme rai or jeera add kare pinch of hing green chilli, curry patta or haldi powder add kare saath me 4-5 glass pani add kare or soak ki huyi tuvar daal bhi add karde.

5. Swad anusar pani me salt bhi add karde or pani ko ubalane de

6.Pani kholane lag jaye tab moyan kiya huwa gehu ka fada add karde or 10 mins tak khula hi ubalane de.

7. Ab cooker ko 2 whistle lagade 2whistle ke baad kholake dekhe pani kam ho to pani add kare saath me hara dhaniya add karke bina dhakkan ke pakane de 10mins
