Super pluffy, moist and delicious.
Made from easy available home things.

Preparation Time – 30 min.
Baking Time – 30 to 40 min
Serve:4-6
Ingredients Required:

  • 1, 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 cup malai
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • milk as required
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla essence
  • Tutti fruiti and chopped dry fruits

 

Method –

  1. Sieve maida baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. Mix malai and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Keep aside for 10 min.
  4. Mix it with blender.
  5. Don’t over beat.
  6. Mix maida and vanilla essence.
  7. Add tooty fruity and dry fruits.
  8. You can add saffron also.
  9. Bake it for 30 to 40 min in preheated oven on 180 degree.
  10. Upper layer thick hone par tooth pick se check kare. If tooth pick become clean means cake is bake .
  11. Cool hone par de mould kare . and piece me cut kare .
  12. Celophane sheet me pack karke rakhe cake long time fresh rahega.
