A famous Bengali dessert…..I presenting in this different way.
Easy to make and very yummy to eat
Preparation Time :10-15 mins
Cooking Time:10-15 mins
Tight Mango slices – 4
Chena ( Homemade paneer) – 1 bowl
Milk powder – 2 tsp
Bura or sugar powder – about 4 tsp or as per taste.
Rose water – few drops
Mint leave, chopped pista and baadam , and some rose petals for garnish.
Step1 – Cut Mango slices finely.
Step 2 – Take Home made paneer crumble with your finger tips.
Step 3 -Mix Bura and milk powder mix well.
Add few drops of Rose water.
Step 4 – Mix well this mixture.
Step -5 Place this mixture on the Mango slices .
Step 6 – Press tightly thus mixture become set properly.
Step 7 – Garnish with chopped pista and baadam.
Step 8 – Decorate with Rose peatls and mint leaves.
Put in the fridge for chilled.
Serve it thanda thanda cool cool.
