- Soya bean Chaap – 250 gms
- Onion- 1
- Tomatoes 2
- Ginger Garlic – 2 tsp
- Cream/ Malai -2-3tbs
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 2tsp
- Turmeric powder 1tsp
- Garam Masala – As per taste
- Kasuri methi 1tsp
- Fresh Coriander – For Garnishing
- Oil as required
1.Heat oil in kadai and saute chaap pieces from all sides on medium flame.
2.Heat 1 tsp oil and saute ginger garlic till brown. Add chopped onions and saute till brown.
3.Add tomato puree with all spices and cook the masala till it start leaving oil.
4.Add malai/cream on low flame. Add water around 100ml or as required.
5.Add chaap pieces in boiling water and cover the kadai. Cook for 10-15 min on low flame.
6.Add garam masala and garnish with fresh Chopped coriander.
Serve with Rumali Roti.
