 Ingredients Required:

 

  • 100gm arhar daal (tuvar dal)
  • 50gm udal daal (chikal wali- black)
  • 50gm mung daal (chikal wali – green)
  • 30gm chane ki daal (yellow)
  • 30gm masur (aakha)
  • 1-1/2serving spoon desi ghee
  • 1tea spoon jeera
  • 1/3tea spoon hing
  • 3-4 long (laving)
  • 3-4 sukhi lal mirch (aakhi)
  • 1tsp garlic paste/fine chopped
  • 1tsp ginger paste/fine chopped
  • 1tsp green chilly paste/fine chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2 tomato chopped
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/3tsp haldi powder
  • 1tsp garam masala powder
  • 1tsp amchur powder
  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder
  • 2tsp fresh hara dhania
  • 1lemon juice

Method:

1.Sabse pehle sari daal ko 3-4 pani se wash karke over night soak karle
2.Subah daal ka pani nikalke fresh pani add kare sath me 1/2tsp haldi powder or swad anusar salt add kare or 1tsp ghee bhi add kare
3.Ekdam slow flame pe daal ko pakane de uper dhakkan lagade but whistle Nahi karni he thodi thodi der me daal ko check karte rahe daal ko pakane me kam se kam 1-1/2 hr lagega


4.Daal pak jaye tab tak sari cutting karle daal ke liye
5.Ab daal pak gayi ho to chouk lagane ki taiyari kare ek kadai me 1serving spoon ghee add kare baad me jarurat ho to or bhi add kar sakte ho
6.ghee garam hone ke baad hing jeera or long add kare saath me sukhi lal Mirch bhi
7.Ab garlic, ginger,chilli ki paste add kare or saute jab ho jaye tab onion add kare or onion brown hone lage tab tomato add kare tab tak saute jab tak ghee bahar na nikal jaye
8.Jab ghee uper aane lag jaye tab sare masale add karle or paki huwi daal me eska chouk dalde or jarurat ke hisab se salt add kare or pani bhi 9.15-20min slow gas pe dhakkan lagake pakane de saath me lemon juice or hara dhaniya add karke daal ko dusare bartan me shift karde jisme aapko serve karna he aap daal me bhi koyala ka dhuwa dede taste or badh jayega daal ka
10.Garma garam bati ya roti ke saath serve karen i hope aapko daal ki recipe pasand aayi hogi
