Ingredients required

250gm paneer
3medium size onion finely chopped
3tometo finely chopped
4-5 green chilly finely chopped
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1tea spoon red chilly powder
1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
1 tea spoon garam masala
1/2 tea spoon dry mango powder/1lemon juice
2tsp oil
1teaspoon jeera
Pinch of hing
1/2tsp salt (as per taste)
2tsp fresh coriander for garnish


Step 1: sabse pehle ek pan me 2tsp oil rakhiye garam ho jaye to usme garlic or ginger paste add kare or saute uske baad onion or green chilly add kare or saute

Step 2: jab onion ka colour change ho like brown tab tak saute ab tometo add kare or saute

Steo 3: tometo puri tarah se gal jaye tab sare masale Add karle like red chilly powder, haldi powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala add kare

Step :4 ab kise huwe paneer ko add kare or sare masale mix kare salt add kare or hara dhania add kare

Paneer bhurji ko roti naan ya parathe ke saath serve kare
