Ingredients Required:
- Raw bananas 1/2kg
- Onions 2
- Tomatoes 2
- Turmeric 1″piece
- Ginger 1/2″piece
- Green chillies 2
- Garlic 4-5
- Amul fresh cream 200gm
- Full fat Milk 1cup
Spices
- Blackpepper powder 1/4tsp
- Dalchini 2″pieces
- Bay leaves 2
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Big cardamom 1
- Green cardamom 2
- Cloves 4
- Garam masala 2tsp
- Red chilli powder 1tsp
- Coriender powder 1tsp
- Amchur powder 2tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 3tbs
Method:
1.Peel all bananas and slice all.
2.Heat oil in a cooker.
3.Fry all whole spices.
4.Put all whole spices in a grinding jar, add garlic, onions and make a paste.
5.Again heat that oil and add that paste into that oil and cook till it start leaving oil.
6.Add cumin and all spices …. Cook for a minute.
7.Add green chillies, turmeric, tomatoes all in a grinding jar and grind it.
8.Mix this paste into that onion paste and cook till it start leaving oil.
9.Add milk and sliced bananas.
10.Close the lid and take a whistle.
11.Wait for a minute or couple of minutes.
12.Open the lid and add fresh cream and garam masala. Cook for a minute on a low flame.
13.Sprinkle freshly Chopped coriender.
14.Serve with roti,paratha or Rice.
Here I served it with paneer paratha.
