Recipe for GATHIYA KI SABJI

Ingredients Required:

  • 100 gms besan
  • 4tsp oil for moyan
  • 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1teaspoon red chilli powder for dough
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Water as required

Spices for veg

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2teaspoon jeera
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 glasses Water or more as required
  • 100 gm curd nicely beated
  • Chopped Fresh coriander

Method:

1. Ek bowl me besan me ajwain moyan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder or swad anusar salt add karke tight dough banale.

2. Dough se choti loyi tode or roll banake lamba lamba bele gathiya ki size ka cut kare ya hath se tod dijiye or sare dough ke gathiya bana lijiye

3. Ek cooker me oil add karke garam kare usme hing or jeera add karen.

4.Baki ke sare masalo ko ek katori me thoda sa pani add karke mix kare or chouk me lagale or 2 glass jitana pani add kare jab pani ubalane lag jaye tak bani huyi sev (gathiya) add kare or mix kare aap chahe to pani ki qty. Kam jyada kar sakte he last me swad anusar salt add karke mix kare or 2/3 whistle lagale.

Last me aap hara dhaniya add kar sakte he or curd bhi add kare ye jain sabji he bahot tasty or delicious lagti he thank you friends @flora bhavsar @
